In 10-14 days prior to the extracorporeal lithotripsy, the kidney with hydronephrotic alterations is drained transcutaneously. Heparin is administered for 5-7 days at a dose of 2.5 thousand units four times a day and Curantil is taken at a dose of 25 mg twice a day for 10-14 days. |
