<p>Disclosed is a protective sheet that enables efficient conveyance of substrates while preventing the generation of cracks and damage from contact between substrates. A stack (10) is formed within a pallet (3) by means of stacking a plurality of protective sheets (1) and substrates (2) in alternation. This protective sheet (1) comprises, for example, an ethylene polymer non-woven material. Preferably, the weight average molecular weight of this ethylene polymer is at least 17,000, the value of the weight average molecular weight divided by the number average molecular weight is no more than 5, the weight fraction of components with a molecular weight of no more than 1000 is no more than 1.0 mass %, and the weight fraction of contained chlorine atoms is no more than 5 ppm by mass.</p> |
