<p>Disclosed is a nitrile rubber composition containing, for every 100 masses of a nitrile rubber (A) containing 25-60 mass % of a,ß-ethylenic unsaturated nitrile monomer units, 40-75 mass % of conjugated diene monomer units of which at least a portion may be hydrogenated, and 0-30 mass % of cationic monomer units, 1-100 masses of a laminar inorganic filler (B) having a) a volume to surface area of particles in the particle distribution having a diameter of at least 1.0 µm of no more than 30%, b) a maximum peak particle diameter of 0.10-1.0 µm, and c) a frequency by volume of the maximum peak particle diameter of at least 3.0%. Further disclosed is a crosslinked nitrile rubber composition, a crosslinked material thereof, and a method for producing a nitrile rubber composition wherein a latex of the nitrile rubber (A) and an aqueous dispersion fluid of the laminar inorganic filler (B) are mixed, coagulated, and dried.</p> |
