<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, a light emitting package, and a lighting system are provided to obtain an optical effect by arranging an optical guide member, a diffusion sheet, a collection sheet, a brightness increase sheet, or a fluorescent sheet on a light path. CONSTITUTION: An ohmic contact layer(150) is formed on a conductive support substrate. A current blocking layer(145) is formed on the ohmic contact layer. A light emitting structure layer is formed on the ohmic contact layer and the current blocking layer. An electrode(115) is partially overlapped with the current blocking layer on the light emitting structure layer. A current guide layer is partially overlapped with the current blocking layer between the current blocking layer and the conductive support substrate.</p> |
