DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HOME APPLIANCE

PURPOSE: A washing machine diagnostic system and a method thereof are provided to diagnose a feed water part of the washing machine by checking the state of the washing machine with a sound signal from the washing machine. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis server decides whether the error code is about a feed water part of the washing machine or not. If the error code is the feed water part error, the diagnosis server uses diagnosis data related to the door part using a plurality of diagnosis data included in the product information to the operation of the feed water. The origin of the failure is decided. The diagnosis server diagnoses the malfunction about the washing machine(S360). The diagnosis server outputs a solution corresponding to the failure cause of the feed water part error(S370).
