PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and lifetime property, and to manufacture an organic light emitting diode device with excellent driving durability. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescent device using the same comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and a monolayer or more of organic material layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer comprises at least one organic electroluminescent compound and at least one dopant represented by chemical formulas 2 and 3.
