PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management apparatus capable of improving visibility of display.

SOLUTION: The information management apparatus includes: a communication means (LAN interface unit 100) for communicating with image forming apparatuses (PR1 to PR3); an acquisition means (consumables information acquisition unit 201) for acquiring information about a state of consumables included in the image forming apparatus, via the communication means; a storage means (information storage unit 202) for storing acquired information about the consumables; a display means (display monitor 300) for displaying display information including the information about the consumables; and a control means (display control unit 203) for using the display means to arrange the information about the consumables stored in the storage means in time series and for changing at least one background color of the information about the consumables to control so that warning information about the consumables will be list-displayed on one screen.
