<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deviation from a preset region of interest in a respiratory situation identification device for detecting variable positions of a local in a living body accompanying respiration, based on a video image. <P>SOLUTION: A belt 2 and a sticker, in color different from that of a background, are attached to the body of a respiration situation measurement subject, or a mark is written with a pen in color different from that of skin color on the body of the subject.
