<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tablets quickly disintegrating in oral cavity, the method having a process not requiring a usual compacting machine, a special device, and a special equipment and the tablets having sufficient tablet strength without causing shakes or cracks during tablet production and without causing shakes or cracks during transportation, having excellent disintegrating properties causing disintegration in oral cavity in a short time, and having a texture free from ashiness or bitterness in oral cavity. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing tablets quickly disintegrating in oral cavity and having a shortened disintegration time comprises granulating a sugar, an inorganic powder and a disintegrating agent in the presence of water to form particles, compression-molding a mixture consisting of the particles, an active ingredient, a lubricant and an additive ingredient compoundable into a medical drug, and warming the compression-molded product without humidifying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
