<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning controller capable of determining whether the relation between a target and an indoor temperature at that time is in an optimum condition or not in one glance. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioning controller capable of controlling and setting an air conditioning device having at least one indoor unit, has an indoor temperature acquiring means, a target temperature setting means, and a display means 33. The indoor temperature acquiring means acquires indoor temperature information relating to the indoor temperature. The target temperature setting means can set the target temperature of the indoor unit. The display means 33 displays icon 4 indicating an operating state of the indoor unit.
