<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reject reception, when owner's cellular phone number and address provided by the cellular phone owner are incorrect and false. <P>SOLUTION: A personal identification system of a cellular phone owner includes: a personal identification database for registering personal information including address information sent and transmitted from an applicant; a mail photo database for registering an owner's face photo, transmitted from a cellular phone with a camera function/GPS function, and the latitude/longitude information of the photographing place (home) of the owner's face photo; and a system for mutually collating information data registered in the two databases, and verifying coincidence with the address sent and transmitted from the applicant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
