<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency of a production facility by enabling a person to suitably load components and remove worked products in the production facility operated, in collaboration with persons. <P>SOLUTION: A production facility includes a conveyance device 2 for conveying components, in the order of processes; a plurality of work stations 20 for working conveyed components; a component loading section 21 to which components are loaded by a person H; a worked product removal section 22 for removing the worked product whose working is finished in the final process of the work stations 20; a component counter 3 for acquiring the number of components loaded in the production facility 1 from the number of loaded components and the number of removed worked products; and an instruction device 4, which when the number of components exceeds the predetermined number of components, instructs the person H to remove the worked products, without loading components. Since removing of the worked products can be instructed, when the number of components exceeds the predetermined number of components, the person H can suitably continue work without wastefully waiting, so that the operating efficiency of the production facility 1 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
