<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device having a function of receiving broadcasting electric waves to view a broadcast program and a radio communication function of transmitting and receiving radio communication electric waves, wherein it is possible to save housing space for an antenna and secure the electric length of the antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal device includes a first antenna 110, an electric length auxiliary part 120, and a broadcast reception circuit 130. The first antenna 110 receives broadcasting electric waves to be broadcast in a predetermined frequency band. The electric length auxiliary part 120 is connected to the first antenna 110 and increases the electric length of the first antenna 110.
