LIQUID SUPPLY DEVICE USING CHECK VALVE AND REACTIVE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to correctly determine whether a change in pressure or a flow rate is caused by the normal opening/closing of a check valve, to monitor in real time whether the check valve is normally operated or abnormally operated in a liquid supply device or a system for the same, and to improve reliability of the liquid supply device by easily performing troubleshooting for the liquid supply device and the system for the same.

SOLUTION: Light is introduced in the check valve and a change in the quantity of light transmitted or reflected in the check valve by the opening/closing of the valve is detected, thereby directly detecting the opening/closing operation of the check valve and monitoring the opening/closing. The check valve with a light detection function is arranged in the pipe of the liquid supply device, and pressure fluctuation in the pipe is monitored from a signal from a pressure sensor detecting pressure in the pipe and a signal representing the opening/closing of the check valve.
