<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small radiowave sensor detecting the presence or the moving state of a detection object existing in a detection area, superior in S/N ratio, and having low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The radiowave sensor is equipped with: a second antenna electrode 5 arranged at a prescribed interval from a first antenna electrode 6 and receiving a radiowave beam excited by the first antenna electrode 6 and returned by the collision/reflection on the detection object; a first detection element 7a for detecting a high frequency signal received by the first antenna electrode 6; a first output line 8a outputting a detection signal detected by the first detection element 7a; a second detection element 7b for detecting a high frequency signal received by the second antenna electrode 5; and a second output line 8b outputting a detection signal detected by the second detection element 7b. One terminal of the second detection element 7b is connected to a ground electrode 3, and the other terminal is connected to the second antenna electrode 5. The second output line 8b is connected to the second antenna electrode 5 in a position where an electric field generated when the second antenna electrode 5 is excited is substantially minimal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
