<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dioxins discharged from exhaust gas treatment equipment, inexpensively and efficiently without increasing the permeation resistance of a filter cloth in a bag filter. <P>SOLUTION: A simple CDQ (coke dry quencher) powder produced in coke dry quenching equipment of an iron mill or an exhaust gas treating agent containing at least 70 mass% of the CDQ powder is blown into an exhaust gas containing dioxins. After the treatment of the exhaust gas, the dioxins are separated and removed from the exhaust gas treating agent having the adsorbed dioxins in a dust collector, and the exhaust gas treating agent after the separation removal of the dioxins is used as a reducing agent for metal oxides and a fuel. The configuration enables inexpensive and efficient removal of dioxins discharged from exhaust gas treatment equipment, and the permeation resistance of the filter cloth in the bag filter never increases. The CDQ powder recovered from the dust collector can be reused as a reducing agent for metal oxides and a fuel, resulting in control of running costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
