PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer reduced in the number of exclusive parts to be added and a common structure thereof when constructing a transfer part of a prescribed drive system from the common structure of the transfer part adapted to a plurality of the drive systems. SOLUTION: The transfer part includes a multi-disk clutch (a differential limiting part, a torque distribution regulation part) 4 having transmission parts 1, 2, a drive system switching part 5 connected to an output element of the transmission parts 1, 2, a first element 4a to which torque is transferred from the output element of the drive system switching part 5, and a second element 4b to which the torque is transferred with a distribution ratio variable between the first element 4a and the second element 4b, a front wheel output part (irst torque output part) 3 connected to the first element of the multi-disk clutch 4, and a rear wheel output part (second torque output part) 6 connected to the second element 4b of the multi-disk clutch 4. A space S which can freely accommodated the drive system switching part 5 is formed between the multi-disk clutch 4 and the rear wheel output part 6 to freely accommodate the drive system switching part 5 to which one full-time unit F or one part-time unit P is mounted.
