PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial mixer capable of preventing a blade from being worn due to the formation of a self-lining layer by a kneading material, thereby drastically improving the durability thereof. SOLUTION: In the biaxial mixer, two kneading shafts 14 rotated in the opposite direction to each other are installed in parallel in a casing 13, and a plurality of agitation vanes 17 having blades 16 at the ends thereof are projectedly provided to the respective two kneading shafts 14. The surface of the blade 16 is formed into an irregular surface 21 for attaching the kneading material, then the self-lining layer covering the surface of the blade 16 is formed with the kneading material stuck to the irregular surface 21 for sticking the kneading material.
