PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive measuring apparatus by obtaining an apparatus which singly measures values of color, glossiness, bronze phenomenon and the like of an object to be measured and is composed of one sensor and one light source. SOLUTION: While keeping a setting angle of a light receiving means 102 to a light projecting means 101 at a prescribed angle, the setting angle of the light projecting means 101 and the light receiving means 102 is enabled to vary with respect to a measurement plane 12, and the light receiving means (sensor) 102 is enabled to receive specular and diffuse reflection parts of light projected by the light projecting means (light source) 101, thereby configuring the measuring apparatus which can measure the values of color, glossiness, bronze phenomenon and the like, by only disposing a pair of the light source 101 and the sensor 102.
