PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor assembly that can solve the problem of detachment of a sealing resin from an outer casing, and, for example, simplifies sensor structure and simplifies structure for mounting a sensor to a sensor holder. SOLUTION: The sensor assembly 1 includes: a sensor holder 19 fixed to a measuring object 17; and a sensor 10 composed by surrounding a sensor element 13 by a packaging resin 14 and detachably mounted to the inside of the sensor holder 19. On an inner surface of the sensor holder 19, an internal thread 19a as a part to be engaged is provided. On an outer surface of the packaging resin 14 , an external thread 14a is provided, which is detachably screwed to the internal thread 19a, closely attach the outer surface to the inner surface of the sensor holder 19, and works as an engagement part for regulating an axial movement of the sensor 10 to the sensor holder 19.
