PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coffer the surroundings of a work structure constructed underwater, in a simple process with the assurance of high cut-off performance without being influenced by a head clearance or a water depth. SOLUTION: This coffering cut-off wall body 1 includes a coffering caisson body unit 11 formed around the work structure by connecting a plurality of divided cut-off caisson bodies 13, 14 floatable on the water, detachably in a horizontal direction through a sealing connection structure 30, and fixing the bottom faces to a footing upper face 4a through a cut-off structure 34; buoyancy regulating means (21, 64, 65, 66) regulating the buoyancy of the coffering caisson unit 11 so as to be sinkable underwater or floatable in a substantially horizontal state; and at least one stage of coffering wall body unit 12 formed by connecting a plurality of divided cut-off plates 43, 44 detachably in a horizontal direction through a sealing connection structure 53 and connecting the lower part to the upper part of the coffering caisson body unit 11 detachably through the sealing connection structure 53 to connect the coffering wall body unit 12 to the upper part of the coffering caisson body unit 11.
