PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double folded pouch having a triangular spout that can easily be opened with hands. SOLUTION: The double folded pouch is configured such that sheets of films having been folded into two are superposed so that the folds are positioned on the upper side. The fold of the inside film is displaced downward from the fold of the outside film. The left and right side ends and a lower end where the outside and inner films are superposed, are form with sealed portions. In this pouch, a spout with a discharging passage for the contents of the pouch is formed in the left or right upper end of the double folded pouch. In addition, the leading end of the spout is provided with a position to be opened. The fold of the inside film is located higher than the lower end of the discharging passage of the spout.
