PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device and a production system for efficiently using a floor area, improving productivity, and facilitating layout change and each maintenance. SOLUTION: The production device 10 for executing a production process for a workpiece includes: a device base body 20 forming into a box-shape, and arranged with both end openings 21a, 21b facing in a fore and aft direction X going along a horizontal surface; a processing part 30 inserted in the device base body 20 from one opening 21a side and executing production and process for the workpiece; and a control part 40 inserted in the device base body 20 from the other opening 21b side and controlling the processing part 30.
