A device for relaxation and stabilization of the position of the mandible in the impaired occlusion ratios due to eruption of the third molars contains the fixing and occlusion components. The fixing component of the device represents the stable rigid construction with minimalized basis. The occlusion surface contains the lateral contacting areas and the slight point contacts in the frontal area of the construction.
