PURPOSE: A unit cooler casing with an antimicrobial coating layer is provided to prevent a casing from becoming corroded since the antimicrobial coating layer is formed on the unit cooler casing of a freezing and refrigerating facility by a powder coating process. CONSTITUTION: A unit cooler casing comprises an antimicrobial coating layer(300). The antimicrobial coating layer is formed on the surface of the unit cooler casing by a powder coating process. The casing is formed from an aluminum plate(200), which has corrosion resistance. The antimicrobial coating layer is formed by an electrostatic coating process. At least one of the particle size, potential difference and spray time of the power is controlled to adjust the thickness of the antimicrobial coating layer. |
