PURPOSE: A multi-purpose holder is provided to enable a user to freely use his or her two hands and to eliminate neck fatigue since the user can view a PMP at eye level. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose holder comprises a first support, a second support, and a length adjusting device. The first support moves to the left and right and prevents a PMP or a book from falling. The second support supports the PMP or the book. The length adjusting device expands to the left and right and can expand as much as the size of the book or the PMP. A rubber band is hung on an existing holder and then the holder is installed on a rear seat. The rubber ban is hung on a fixing rod and then the fixing rod is installed on a seat and fixes the PMP. After two rubber bands are suspended on the seat to cross each other, the PMP is placed on the PMP holder and is fixed by the first support. |
