PIMD MEASURING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A PIMD estimating device and an estimating method thereof are provided to easily grasp the generation point of the PIMD event though a plurality of PIMD signals which influences the quality and capacity of the communication. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of signal generators(1,2) generate frequency signals which are different. A signal synthesizer(3) synthesizes the frequency signal of a plurality of signal generators and transmits the synthesized signal to a device under test. The signal synthesizer receives PIMD generated in a path to the device under test. An estimator(4) estimates the distance of the PIMD based on the calculated time delay after the time delay is calculated on a time domain based on the phase difference of the PIMD.
