LOCAL WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF A SENSOR NODE BY SELECTING A CHANNEL AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A local wireless communication system and a method thereof by a channel selection in a sensor in order to minimize cross talk are provided to secure an unused channel in a high-speed spectrum sensing method. CONSTITUTION: Sensors form a plurality of channels by partitioning a frequency band. The sensors perform spectrum sensing by each channel. The sensors confirm an available channel. The sensors modulate data through the channel. Hubs(101, 102) receive data transmitted through the channel of the frequency band from the sensors.
