FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to universal transport facility that can move on ground, in air and water and under water. Proposed transport facility comprises body accommodating power plant with rotary shaft coupled with converter of kinetic power into body translation in surrounding medium. Said converter is made up of inertial mechanism. The latter comprises level with cutout. One end of said lever is rigidly fitted on rotary shaft the other one accommodates the weight arranged in said cutout and pulsator secured on the end of controlled plate. Grooves are made on rotary shaft, weight and pulsator to accommodate flexible linkage, axes of said elements being located in parallel. Second end of controlled plate is rigidly coupled with axle of driven gear in mesh with drive gear. Drive gear axle retainer accommodates spring-loaded handle with knob.
