COATING APPARATUS AND COATING METHOD FOR BOLT CONNECTION PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat easily and surely in proper film thickness.

SOLUTION: A coating apparatus includes a paint feeding unit 3 into which a bolt connection part 100 is inserted and where a predetermined gap T is formed between its inner wall surface 32 and the surface of the bolt connection part 100, a guiding unit 4 which is installed so as to project from the inner wall surface 32 of the paint feeding unit 3 and maintains the gap T between the inner wall surface 32 and the surface of the bolt connection part 100, and a paint supplying unit which supplies paint to the gap T between the inner wall surface 32 of the paint feeding unit 3 and the surface of the bolt connection part 100. Paint of high viscosity can be thus applied easily and surely in proper film thickness to the surface of the bolt connection part 100.
