<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display apparatus which can seamlessly perform operation concerned with a change in the size of an image displayed on a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 which is the image display apparatus includes the touch panel 101, a first operation key 102 and a second operation key 103. When a displayed image is touched with a finger or the like, a coordinate value of a touched point is specified, and when the first operation key 102 is depressed during the touch of the image, enlargement processing based on the specified coordinate value is performed.
