<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly structured input device related with an input device such as a touch pad. <P>SOLUTION: An input device includes: a semiconductor substrate; an inter-layer insulating film formed on the semiconductor substrate; a lower electrode formed on the inter-layer insulating film; a piezoelectric body formed on the lower electrode; and an upper electrode formed on the piezoelectric body, and at least either a plurality of lower electrodes or a plurality of upper electrodes are formed, and the depressing position on the surface of the input device is detected based on the position of the lower electrode or the upper electrode whose potential has fluctuated due to the depression with the finger or pen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
