<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an updating cycle of a monitoring screen in accordance with the state of an air conditioner etc. without using a dedicated application. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes: an updating cycle determination part 37 adapted for at least one change of information related to the operating state of the air conditioner 4 and terminal operation received from a client terminal 2 and determining the updating cycle which is a time interval for sending out a display request from the client terminal 2; and a first communication part 31 for transmitting a data file including the updating cycle determined by the updating cycle determination part 37 and operating state information to the client terminal 2 when receiving the display request from the client terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
