PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which houses a small product and a long article efficiently to protect them securely, thus improves a commodity image. SOLUTION: A holding member 5 is connected to the upper end of a side wall 2 rising from a bottom wall 1. A middle folding line 11 is formed widewise on the holding member 5, and a portion bordering on the middle folding line 11 of the holding member 5 is cut out toward the front end to form a commodity inlet 12. Hence, the portion of holding member 5 extending from the middle folding line 11 toward the base end of the holding member 5 is formed as a bearing board 13, while the portion extending toward the front end is formed as a holding board 14. The bearing board 13 is folded down slantly from its boundary to the side wall 2, while the holding board 14 is folded up along the middle folding line 11. Commodities D<SB>1</SB>and D<SB>2</SB>placed on the bearing board 13 to be put in the product inlet 12 are thus held by the holding board 14 from above as a housing space for housing a poster P, etc., is secured under the holding member 5.
