PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both specifications of a fuel shutoff valve 10, preventing a valve closing action resulting from the temperature rise of a fuel tank FT, and also over-oil feeding. SOLUTION: This fuel shutoff valve 10 includes a float mechanism 50 housed in a valve chamber 30S of a casing 20. In feeding oil, when fuel blocks an introduction opening 38d, the float mechanism 50 closes a connection passage 31b. In other than feeding oil, when the fuel blocks the introduction opening 38d, a fuel tank Ft is communicated with the valve chamber 30S as well as a ventilation hole 32a and an ventilation path 39f. Then, a differential pressure between a tank internal pressure and a pressure of the valve chamber does not increase, the valve of the float mechanism 50 is closed, and the fuel tank FT is not sealed.
