PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when adjusting an angle of a panel in a panel tilting mechanism of an in-vehicle electronic device. SOLUTION: The panel tilting mechanism 20 of the in-vehicle electronic device 10 includes the panel 13 provided on the front face of a casing 11 in which the bottom end of the panel 13 is slid forward and the upper end of the panel 13 is displaced downward so that the panel 13 can be tilted in a longitudinal direction. The panel tilting mechanism includes: a biasing means 70 which biases the bottom end of the panel 13 forwardly; a displacement means 80 which is independent of the biasing means 70, and displaces the upper end of the panel 13 downwardly.
