PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal non-combustible decorative panel which has non-combustibility, has excellent adhesiveness and has reduced warpage. SOLUTION: Metal foil 1 as a design layer in the surface, a core layer 6 composed of a prepreg obtained by impregnating an inorganic fiber base material with slurry comprising a condensation type thermosetting resin as an organic resin content and an inorganic filler, and a back face material 5 are laminated so as to be integrated. An adhesive layer is interposed between the core layer 6 and the back face material 5, and metal hydroxide and calcium carbonate are blended into the slurry as the inorganic filler. The blending ratio of the organic resin content to the inorganic filler is controlled to 5 to 20: 95 to 80. The back face material is used for suppressing warpage, and a resin emulsion-impregnated sheet having basis weight of 20 to 250 g/m<SP>2</SP>and an impregnating ratio of 20 to 50% is used.
