PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer head in which degradation of an electrode is suppressed. SOLUTION: The inkjet printer head includes the electrode which has a surface partly in contact with the ink. A protecting film composed of a silane coupling agent with a reactive functional group selected from a group consisting of the methacryl group, mercapto group and sulfide group is formed on the surface in contact with the ink of the electrode.
