PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical folder with a holding tab of simple structure, which is suited for mass production at low manufacturing cost and free from the wasteful use of sheeting, and in which a holding tab can be easily formed with the help of only a notched line, and can be easily secured to one of the side edges of an article accommodated in a pocket space, with a secure preventive effect on the loosing apart of the accommodated article, and further, the holding tab can be simply removed from the state of securing to the side edge of the accommodated article and the accommodated article can be smoothly taken out of the pocket space. SOLUTION: This folder with the holding tab is constituted of a face sheet 1 and a back sheet 2 whose one of the side edges and lower edge part can be closed so that the pocket space between the face sheet 1 and the back sheet 2 can accommodate the articles 10 such as documents. In addition, the holding tab 8 is formed by the notched line 6 to the side of the other side edge of the back sheet 2 and also can be locked to one of the side edges of the article 10 to be accommodated in the pocket space.
