METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRANULATED MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a granulated matter with a desired granule diameter irrespective of capacity of a granulating tank in a method for manufacturing the granulated matter by agitating binder and raw material powder together in an agitation granulating device having an agitation blade in the granulating tank. SOLUTION: The agitation blade is agitated while almost constantly maintaining centrifugal acceleration a of an outer side end of the agitation blade calculated from the following formula (1) within a range of 30-110 m/s2. A range of 5-60 minutes is preferable as a time for constantly maintaining the centrifugal acceleration a. Centrifugal acceleration a=r×ω2(1), wherein r is the rotational radius of the agitation blade (m), andωis the angular speed (rad/s) of the agitation blade. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
