PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for extracting a buried pile capable of easily extracting the buried pile at low working cost. SOLUTION: While a casing 2 is rotated by an auger 1, the casing 2 is pressed against a ground by the fall-down operation force of a telescopic boom 23, and the ground around the buried pile 10 is annularly excavated by an excavating claw 3 provided to the distal end of the casing 2 to separate the ground and the buried pile 10. A wire rope 28 for working is applied to the buried pile 10, and raised by the lifting wire rope 27 of a crane device X to extract the buried pile 10 from the ground. Consequently, the buried pile 10 can be easily extracted at low working cost.
