LOW-CALORIE AND NO-CALORIE SUGAR COMPOSITIONS

Disclosed are low-calorie and no-calorie sweetener compositions. The compositions include sucrose and particles comprising sucralose in combination with a carbohydrate carrier. Disclosed are, for example, a low calorie sweetener composition consisting essentially of about 65 wt.% to about 75 wt.% sucrose and about 25 wt.% to about 35 wt.% of maltodextrin/sucralose granules, and a no-calorie sweetener composition comprising about 65 wt.% to about 75 wt.% sucrose and particles consisting essentially of maltodextrin and sucralose.
