METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF TOWING HOUR FLOW RATE OF LIQUID FUEL UNDER CONDITIONS OF OPERATION FOR VESSELS WITH MAIN ENGINE DIESEL

The invention relates to ship-building. Method for determination of towing hour flow rate of liquid fuel under condition of operation for vessels with main engine – diesel is in fact that one measures current value of velocity of motion of vessel for which from graph "Dependences of towing resistance of motion and power under conditions of sea trials -and, operation -and" depending on velocity of motion of vessel one reads current value of towing resistance of motion under conditions of operation. After that one measures current value of frequency of rotation of crankshaft of main diesel chosen and by known from certificate of the main diesel chosen values of hour flow rate of liquid fuel and average effective pressure of gases in point of rated mode and constant coefficient of the main diesel chosen one determines current value of towing hour flow rate of liquid fuel under conditions of operation for vessels with main engine – diesel by given formula. Technical result is in simplification of method with simultaneous increase of effectiveness of use of main diesel.
