<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which is easy to replace and is easy to attach without fail. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator 100 includes a piezoelectric element 102 which has a rectangular face, and a first terminal electrode 104 and a second terminal electrode 106 which are connected to both ends thereof. The first terminal electrode 104 and the second terminal electrode 106 each have hook form.
