摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: conventionally, if the saccharinity of honey collected from honeybees' beehives does not come to a saccharinity degree of 79&deg; as the fermentation-inhibitory point, the honey is fermented at room temperature; therefore, yeast molds as fermentative microorganisms are killed by heating, saccharide(s) is (are) added, the moisture therein is evaporated off by boiling to raise the saccharinity of the honey; but, in such practices, enzymes and vitamines in the honey are disrupted, leading to declining in the honey's flavor, and in the extreme case, the honey is vitrified and might be deteriorated; for avoiding such cases, a method is demanded to extract the moisture without heating the honey; however, although there is a method using a vacuum device, such the device is too expensive to be available for petty bee-keepers. <P>SOLUTION: A method for inexpensively extracting the moisture in honey includes: using a commercially available dehumidifier, which are generally silica gel and quicklime. The method comprises the following procedure: a large-scale airtight chamber or a small-scale airtight box is housed with such a dehumidifier, and honey is put in a shallow vessel, and the dehumidifier and the resultant vessel are superimposed with each other, and they are sealed in an airtight chamber (box). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
