<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit-integrated motor that can be reduced in physical size. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical motor case 101 forms a framework. A semiconductor module 502 includes a semiconductor chip, a resin part 11 and a coil terminal 508. The resin part 11 embeds the semiconductor chip therein. The coil terminal 508 is protruded from the resin part 11 and is connected directly to a coil 205. A connecting part 584 of the coil terminal 508, with respect to the coil 205, is located at a position farther away from the motor case 101 than an end face 112 on the motor case 101 side of the resin part 11 in the axial direction of the motor case 101. Due to this structure, a space for using a tool for connecting the coil terminal 508 and the coil 205 can be reduced between the motor case 101, and the semiconductor module 502 which contributes to reduction in the physical size in the axial direction of the electronic circuit-integrated motor 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
