PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having improved reliability, which is used for a structure consisting of a plurality of assembled structural components, such as a crane boom, to recognize the assembled condition of whether an order of assembly is wrong or not by means of a host device mounted on one of the structural components of a crane body for acquiring attribute information for a client device mounted on the remaining structural component of the boom. SOLUTION: For power source lines 9a, 9b between the host device 5 and the client device 6, series circuits consisting of load resistances 55, 65 for giving load variations thereto and switch elements 56, 66 are provided on the transmission sides, high pass filters 57, 67 for extracting signal components transmitted from the load variations are provided on the reception sides, and another backup communication passage using the power source lines 9a, 9b is provided, separately from a communication passage using a signal line 9c.
