The invention relates to the means of producing water-emulsion fuels on the base of black oil. A method of obtaining water-emulsion fuel includes mixing oil with water to obtain water-oil emulsion with introduction of heavy fractions of hydrocarbon fuel, while oil is pre-mixed with heavy fractions of hydrocarbons, water is mixed with an emulsifier and a combustion catalyst, and water-oil emulsion is obtained by mixing a mixture of oil mixture and heavy fractions of hydrocarbons with the mixture of water, emulsifier and combustion catalyst in the following ratio of the components of fuel, in % by weight: oil - 30-70, heavy hydrocarbon fractions - 25-60, water - 5-30, emulsifier – 0.01-0.2, combustion catalyst – 0.01-0.05. The invention provides for introduction of heavy fractions of oil products and increases stability of fuel during storage. |
