The missile (1) has two engines (5, 6) fixedly attached at a base body (2) with a swiveling degree of freedom for a change of an angle with respect to a thrust axis (7). An actuator (3) is controllably connected with a control unit and coupled with the engines in such a manner that the control unit operates the actuator for pivoting the engines during the change of the assigned angle and a resulting thrust in direction of the thrust axis. A sensor detects a distance between the missile and a landing surface. The sensor is coupled with the control unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for executing a landing process of an aerospace missile.
