PURPOSE: A wheel locking system for a bicycle parking stand is provided to ensure stable support of bicycles and prevent the theft and shaking of bicycles by keeping a support member pressed on the rim of a bicycle wheel from being loosening. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle parking stand comprises a lower parking stand, an upper parking stand, a movable track member(40), a support member(50), and a lock device(60). A wheel support where the front wheel of a bicycle is put in is formed in the front side of the lower parking stand. The upper parking stand is installed to be horizontal to the surface by being fixed to a post above the lower parking stand. The movable track member is formed with a wheel support on the front side and a wheel insert hole(41) on the rear side. As the rear wheel of a bicycle is inserted in the wheel insertion hole and presses a lever(51) of the support member, a fixing bar(52) of the support member connected to the lever is rotated to fix the rear wheel. The lock device carries out locking according to the projection and retraction of the fixing bar of the support member. |
